TheOnly.ai ("the Service") is a public promotional leaderboard for AI products. Customers purchase promotional placements: a one-time payment lists a product on the leaderboard, and additional one-time payments increase the listing's cumulative total, which determines its ranking position. By using the Service or purchasing a placement, you agree to these terms.
Each payment purchases a promotional listing service: placement of your product on the public leaderboard, ranked according to your listing's cumulative verified payment total at any given time. Delivery is instant and automated. You are not purchasing a fixed rank, a guaranteed duration at any rank, advertising results, traffic, or clicks.
Rankings are dynamic: any listing can be surpassed at any time if another customer's cumulative total exceeds yours. Being outranked does not entitle you to a refund, credit, or compensation. Where two listings hold equal totals, the listing that reached that total earlier ranks higher.
Leaderboard totals reset on a recurring schedule (currently weekly, each Monday 00:00 UTC). Payments apply to the ranking period in which they are made and do not carry into later periods unless explicitly stated on the site. The reset schedule may change with notice on the site.
All purchases are one-time payments for a digital promotional service, delivered instantly, and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where we fail to deliver the placement entirely. Payments are processed by our merchant of record, whose terms also apply at checkout. See our Refund Policy.
Listings must relate to a real, functioning AI product or service that you own or are authorized to promote. Listing names, descriptions, and links must be accurate and must not be unlawful, deceptive, infringing, adult, hateful, or harmful. We may decline, edit, or remove any listing at our sole discretion, including listings that promote scams, malware, prohibited products, or violate the policies of our payment providers. If a listing is removed for a violation of these terms, amounts paid are not refunded.
During the founding season, free listings may be offered. Founding listings confer no payment obligation and no ranking advantage once paid bidding opens, other than any badge or ordering explicitly described on the site.
Rankings reflect cumulative payments only. They are not reviews, quality ratings, or endorsements by TheOnly.ai. We make no warranties about outcomes from a placement, and the Service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Automated abuse, fraudulent payments, chargeback abuse, or attempts to manipulate the Service outside the intended payment mechanic may result in listing removal and account bans. Fraudulent or reversed payments are deducted from listing totals.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the ranking period in which the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Questions: hello@theonly.ai.
