What we collect

• Listing information you submit: product name, URL, description, category, and contact email. Listing details (not your email) are displayed publicly — that is the point of the Service.
• Payment information is collected and processed by our merchant of record / payment provider, not by us. We receive confirmation of payment, amount, and a transaction reference — never your card details.
• Basic analytics: aggregate, privacy-respecting usage statistics (page views, referrers) to understand traffic. We do not sell personal data or run third-party advertising trackers.

How we use it

To operate the leaderboard (display listings and rankings), process and verify payments through our payment provider, respond to support requests, and prevent fraud and abuse.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers necessary to run the Service (payment processing, hosting, email), or where required by law. Public listing content is, by design, visible to anyone.

Retention and your rights

Listing and transaction records are retained as needed to operate the Service and meet legal and accounting obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data (subject to records we must retain) by emailing hello@theonly.ai. Removal of a paid listing before the end of its ranking period does not entitle you to a refund.
